When I first started for the first 2 weeks they kept that promise then hours was cut to 12 hours a week for all employees (except management who are still getting their hours). This is not a disgruntled associate. Trading shifts is a little hard only because it has to be a perfectly even trade. Everything falls on the night logistics replenishment and hurry up I gotta cycle count to do. A lot of customer contact and interaction, physical demands can be difficult at times.
