Rules And Regulations
1. Turnover Requirement for VIP upgrade will only be calculated and accumulated over the calendar month: 1st of each month to the last day of each month. No turnover will be carried forward onto the next month.
2. VIP will be upgraded within the first 3 days of the following month. Members cannot skip levels and only 1 upgrade a month.
3. Upon VIP upgrade, members have 30 days to maintain the VIP club status.
4. If the member fails to complete the maintenance turnover requirement in 30 days, the member will be downgraded by 1 level.
5. VIP privileges may not be transferred, traded, or sold in form.
6. Withdrawal on Rebates is subjected to 1x turnover among all our products, except Horse-Racing. The minimum amount for each rebate is $1.
7. Withdrawal on Cashback is subjected to 3x turnover among all our products, except Horse-Racing. The minimum total weekly cashback is $1 and the maximum total weekly cashback is $88.
8. Each member will only be allowed to claim any bonus once or otherwise stated by the promotion. Accounts with the same IP address, in the same household or family members may not be eligible for the same bonus. Member may be required to produce proof of identity before claiming.
9. Players who are confirmed or suspected to have a fraudulent account will not be entitled to any bonus.
10. In the event when fraudulent activity is suspected, YamaBet reserves the right to withhold all winnings and bonuses.
11. For deposit, without bonus, a 1x turnover among all our products is required.
12. All draw bets, voided/cancelled/rejected bets, bets made on both outcomes, bets placed on Sports/Esports odds 1.70 Europe or 0.70 Hong Kong/Malay and below will not be counted as valid turnover as such will not be taken into the calculation or count towards any turnover requirement.

Remark:
Rebates will be issued from 12:00 – 15:00 on the following day.
Cashback will be issued before 23:59hrs on the Monday of the following week.
